Lizzie has always combined her scientific background with a heavy involvement in science communication for broadcasting and for online. She has already worked with CBBC, Cbeebies, National Geographic, Animal Planet and various BBC productions as a wildlife presenter and expert.

A week after graduating Lizzie was scouted for the 6 month long Cbeebie's television series ‘The Let’s Go Club’ in which she was the wildlife expert. In January 2017 Lizzie began working as a presenter on BBC Earth Unplugged where she tested herself against wildlife by learning to dive like a gannet, discovered what animal has the largest bite force and ventured to Ireland to find the ancient prehistoric fish, the lamprey which you can watch. In June 2017 and 18 Lizzie was invited onto a panel of wildlife experts on a new BBC2 series ‘Curious Creatures’ which will continue onto the second series in the summer of 2018. Since then Lizzie has gone on to be a wildlife expert on a series for Animal Planet and is also a host on the BBC Earth Unplugged YouTube channel.
